UCA Farnham Fine Art Student Success - Year 1 Student Exhibition 'HELP! Savages' at OH! Gallery, London

Year 1 Fine Art Students at UCA Farnham opened their exhibition HELP! Savages! this week. They have been developing work and regularly exhibiting throughout this year, culminating with this external exhibition at OH! gallery at Oxford House in Bethnal Green, East London.

UCA Farnham Fine Art Student Success - Rebecca Loweth

UCA Farnham Fine Art student, Rebecca Loweth who graduated in 2012 and is currently studying an MA at The Slade,UCL.  Earlier in the year from January until the end of March. Rebecca took part in the exhibition 'The Postcard is a Public Work of Art', at X Marks the Bokship, in Bethnal Green, East London,.The exhibition was curated by Jeremy Cooper and also took the form of a publication.

UCA Farnham Fine Art Student Success - Hilde Krohn Huse

UC Farnham Fine Art student Hilde Krohn Huse who graduated in 2012 and is currently studying an MA at The Slade, UCL, is also engaged with an artist residency in Norway, the Aukra Research Residency, in April 2014. Hilde, whose work explores the formulation of narrative within moving image and collage, has also been shortlisted for the 2014 Aspen Art Prize in association with the Contemporary Art Society.

Grant Petrey in Ginsberg Film Festival, South Africa

UCA Farnham Fine Art and Arts & Media tutor, Grant Petrey has work screening in the Ginsbert Film Festival, Braamfontein, Johannesburg. Artist film and documentaries from the UK will be screened at the Steve Biko Centre from 17th until 21st April.

UCA Farnham Fine Art Student Success - Hen Coleman

UCA Farnham Fine Art student, Hen Coleman, who graduated and went on to study an MA at the Royal College of Art, and is now a tutor at the Royal Academy has had 2 exhibitions of her prints and photographs in London recently at galleries in Peckham and Soho.

UCA Farnham Fine Art Student Laura Olohan this week took part in the performance "Blue Ballet School" with artist Paul Kindersley, as part of the exhibition "Taint". The exhibition is at GRAD London Gallery on Oxford Street.

UCA FARNHAM STUDENT SUCCESS - Jasper Wilkins

UCA Farnham Arts & Media student, Jasper Wilkins currently in year 1 is the winner of the first Olympus & Exhibtr Student Photography Competition. Jaspers submission "Water is Life" impressed the judges from over 2,000 student entries in the UK. He wins the exposure that Olympus will give him and an Olympus OM - D camera.
