BLACK BOX Opens at UCA Farnham with Soraya Fatha

UCA Farnham Fine Art has initiated a new curatorial project space. The former CASE project space that is located centrally in the campus quad has been used by Fine Art to house ambitious student projects in the past.

Due to the increased externalisation of the Fine Art student's work and their growing networking and curatorial projects, the space has now been developed into a curatorial project space to be run by UCA Farnham Fine Art students.

Students seek submissions and will invite artists to exhibit their work each month in the Black Box space, with the inaugural artist being an interactive sound work by Soray Fatha.

The Black Box curatorial project space will enable students to develop their curatorial interests a develop broader creative discourse to inform their practice and expand their learning experience further.
