UCA Farnham Fine Art Students on ZAP Art Tour 2014

This week UCA Farnham Fine Art students visited 7 spaces in Hoxton and Shoreditch and had talks from gallerists at: Limoncello, Studio 1:1, Kate MacGarry,The Lion & Lamb & Beers Contemporary, Peer and Charlie Smith. The sessions were led by artist curators Annabel Tilley and Rosalind Davies of Zeitgiest Arts Projects (ZAP) in South London for UCA.

Students got to speak to a range of galleries and curators, with curator Juan Bolivar (and Lion & Lamb director) coming especially to meet students to talk about strategies for surviving as an artist/curator in London.

"It was a great success and the students said they loved it. We were particularly impressed by the students, themselves, who asked some great questions of the gallerists and were engaged and interested."
